Gidderbaha, April 7 Under the Punjab government’s initiative to modernize educational facilities across the state, the ‘Punjab Education Revolution’ campaign was launched today by Gidderbaha’s MLA, Mr. Hardeep Singh Dimpy Dhillon. The launch took place in the government schools of the villages of Bharu and Madheer, with the aim of improving the quality of education. On this occasion, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Gidderbaha, Mr. Jaspal Singh, and the Chairman of the Market Committee Gidderbaha, Mr. Hardeep Singh Bhangal, were also present.
While speaking at the event, Mr. Dhillon mentioned that under the guidance of Chief Minister of Punjab, Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the state is moving forward with the educational revolution. He highlighted that the Punjab government is continuously working to improve the education sector and carrying out high-quality work to upgrade the schools.
He mentioned that the Punjab government is consistently providing grants to all government schools in the state. With these funds, schools are being equipped with new smart classrooms, laboratories, libraries, bathrooms, boundary walls, and modern furniture. The construction of boundary walls ensures that students feel safe within the school premises.
During the event, he encouraged the teachers to focus on building students’ self-confidence, which would enable them to not only excel in their studies but also learn new skills. This will help them gain confidence when pursuing jobs in the future and make their parents and schools proud by standing on their own feet.
The Chairman of the School Management Committee (SMC), Mr. Jasbeer Singh, Mr. Gopi Ram, Mr. Balraj Singh, along with the village sarpanch and panchayat members, were also present at the event.
