Machhiwara Sahib, 8th April (Sucha Bangar): The President of the Municipal Council, Mohit Kundra, is not only making significant efforts to beautify the city but is also encouraging the youth to engage in sports. The stadium is being upgraded with an investment of crores of rupees to make it more modern and beautiful. Efforts are being made to keep the youth away from drugs and involve them in sports, boosting their morale.
Gurmukh Singh Sambi informed the press that Mohit Kundra, the President, distributed jerseys to the Machhiwara Sahib cricket team at the Sri Guru Gobind Stadium. Gurmukh Singh expressed heartfelt thanks to President Mohit Kundra for enhancing their pride by presenting them with jerseys. He also mentioned that President Kundra assured them that whenever the youth need anything related to sports, he would always be there to support them. The initiatives taken by President Kundra for the youth and the city are commendable.
In a conversation with the youth, President Mohit Kundra stated that the youth are the future of our country. If every young person gets involved in sports, they will stay away from drugs and secure a bright future. He emphasized that the main goal is for every young person to pursue higher education while also paying attention to sports, as sports are an essential part of life.
On this occasion, Gagan Telecom, Prince Sethi, Jagdambe Collection, Gurpreet Singh Gopi, and all members of the cricket team were present.
