Lambi/Sri Muktsar Sahib, April 7 Under the leadership of Chief Minister of Punjab, S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, and with the support of Punjab’s Education Minister, S. Harjot Singh Bains, the Punjab government has allocated crores of rupees to bring about an education revolution in government schools. These funds have not only revamped the look of the schools but have also introduced smart classrooms that are transforming the learning environment.
The funds released by the Punjab government have been used to establish smart classrooms in various government schools, including Government Senior Secondary School Mandi Killiwala, Government Senior Secondary School Pind Killiwala, Government Primary School Sikhwala, and Government Senior Secondary School Sikhwala. The inauguration of these smart classrooms was done by Punjab’s Minister for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, S. Gurmeet Singh Khudian.
During the event, S. Khudian emphasized that the Punjab government is committed to providing quality education in government schools. He also mentioned that substantial funds have been released by the government for the benefit of students, contributing to the establishment of these smart classrooms.
S. Khudian further stated that the Punjab government is committed to providing both educational and health facilities, working diligently in this regard. As part of this initiative, the newly constructed classrooms, equipped with projectors, high-quality desks, and other modern facilities, were inaugurated. These upgrades are expected to significantly improve the learning experience for students.
He urged parents and the community to take full advantage of these government facilities by enrolling their children in government schools.
Also present at the event were District Education Officer, Mr. Jaspal Monga, Deputy District Education Officer (Secondary Education), Mr. Rajinder Kumar Soni, Deputy District Education Officer (Elementary Education), Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma, Mr. Jasvinder Pal Sharma, BNO Lambi, and Omdeep Singh.
