Longowal, 7th April (Balvinder Azad) – The second day of Madhuram 2025 at the renowned college, Slite Longowal, filled the atmosphere with spectacular performances and vibrant energy on April 5th. This annual cultural festival was organized by Slite under the expert leadership of Director Prof. Manikant Paswan (Chief Conservator), Dean SW, Dr. M.M. Sinha (Conservator), Dr. Inderaj Singh (President), Dr. Gurjinder Kaur (Vice President), and Dr. Vivek Kumar (Vice President).

Palvinder Singh Cheema, SP Sangrur, attended the event as the Chief Guest. Prof. R.S. Kalir from Thapar University graced the event as a Special Guest.

The second day’s program started at 6:30 pm, featuring a series of enchanting presentations. These included plays, solo singing, folk dance (Nati), modeling, group singing, and regional dance performances from Bihar (Apan Bihar). Particularly, the energetic Bhangra performance filled the air with excitement, highlighting the rich cultural heritage and captivating everyone with its vibrant energy.

The main attraction of the evening was “Star Night,” where popular artists Harman Singh (Indian Idol Top 30 finalist) and Khassa Ala Chehar mesmerized the audience with their charismatic performances. The program also included an introduction of the core team and a special award ceremony, further boosting the event’s enthusiasm.
