Saraye Amanat Khan / Jhabal, 7 April (Gursharan Singh Aulakh) – World Health Day was celebrated at the renowned educational institution, Sri Guru Harikrishan Senior Secondary Public School (Jhabal), under the guidance of Chief Khalsa Diwan President, Inderbir Singh Nijjar.
Madam Rajwinder Kaur informed the students about World Health Day, encouraging them to adopt a balanced and nutritious diet. She emphasized the negative impacts of fast food and junk food, urging students to consume more fruits and salads.
The school principal, Anurita Bawa, also motivated students to engage in regular exercise and to maintain a healthy diet. Students from the KG to second grade participated in activities related to fruits and vegetables, inspiring their peers to include more of them in their diets.
School members in charge, including Manjeet Singh Dhillon, Adarshpinder Singh Maan, and Ajeetpal Singh Aneja, shared health-related information and encouraged students to take care of their well-being. The school staff was present to support the event.
